Content & Communications Support (part-time)
Casa Tilo is a small retreat and co-living space in nature, just outside Barcelona. Where thoughtful people come together for facilitated retreats, shared living, and community gatherings. It’s a place where connection, learning, and development happen through practice and shared life.
We’re looking for one person to help us improve our public presence, especially on social media (Instagram and X).
This role is part content maker, part communicator, part taste-holder.
What you’d be doing:

Capturing the felt sense of Casa Tilo (photos, short videos, simple reels)

Holding our Instagram and X presence with consistency and care

Working with us to help keep our website, communications, newsletters, Telegram channel, and events pages aligned as things evolve

Visiting the house about once a month to experience it and create content
You wouldn’t be inventing strategy, we already have clear briefs for our target audiences.
You’ll help us translate the briefs into content.
This role is likely a good fit if you:

Care about tone, relational intelligence, and ethical marketing

Are comfortable working without hype, urgency, or growth metrics

Enjoy observing and documenting real moments

Are drawn to community, facilitation, or developmental spaces

Want part-time, meaningful work alongside other projects

Are happy working autonomously, but in close relationship with us
Practicalities:

Time: ~1–1.5 days per week (flexible, averaged monthly)

Location: Ideally Barcelona-based. For the right person we would be open to an international applicant if you can visit regularly.

Compensation: €600–900 / month depending on scope
(with the possibility of stays at Casa Tilo as part of the exchange) -
Start: ASAP - on a 3 months trial
